Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon of Himalayan pink salt (for pasta)
- 3 cups of snow peas
- 4 cups of corn flakes, crushed

- 3 cans of Albacore tuna
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

- 1 cup of whole raw milk

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish with grass-fed butter. Set it aside.
- In a saucepan over high heat, add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add the egg noodles, cover the pan with a lid, and let it simmer. Cook the noodles until they are about 4 minutes short of being al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Add the frozen snow peas to the pot and allow them to thaw. Drain the peas and add them to the cooked pasta.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes with the melted grass-fed butter. Mix until well coated.
- In the same saucepan used for the noodles, add the Albacore tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the cooked pasta and peas to the saucepan with the creamy mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish.
- Top the casserole with the crushed cornflakes and spread them evenly.
